How many vehicles can I sell privately before I'm required to get a dealers license?

I like to sell the maxium numbers of vehicles privatly before I'm required to get a dealers licence in the state of virginia.

you can't sell no cars before you get your license so you are going to have to take the pratice test of dmv on the computer and if you get all the questions right one day that dmv is open go their and take the real test so you can get the license and then sell the car
