YES SHE CAN ALMOST. AS LONG AS THE SEAT BELT FITS HER BELOW THE WAIST AND THE SHOLDER BELT DOES NOT COME ACROSS HER NECK. SHE IS OLD AND TALL ENOUGH. BUT SHE IS TWO LBS UNDERWIEGHT THOUGH. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO WAIT TILL SHE IS ATLEAST 80LBS BECAUSE CHILDREN UNDER 80LBS SHOULD BE IN BOOSTER BUT YOUR DAUGHTER IS JUST SMALL SO GIVE HER TWO LBS AND SHE IS GOOD TO GO ;) IF YOU ARE STILL WORRIED JUST PULL THE SEAT AS FAR BACK AS IT CAN GO AND TURN OFF THE AIR BAG, IF YOU CAN, SEEING AS THAT IS THE BIG ISSUE FOR CHILDREN IN THE FRONT SEAT. BUT SOME PEOPLE SAY IT IS BETTER FOR THEM TO STAY IN THE BACK UNTILL THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH TO DRIVE. IT IS YOUR CHOICE BECAUSE SHE MEETS ALMOST ALL THE REQUIREMENTS. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. I WOULD MAKE MINE WAIT TILL THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH TO LEARN TO DRIVE SO I UNDERSTAND.
