I purchased a used vehicle from a chevrolet dealer in london ky in novemeber... when i received my registration and sticker the sticker was already affixed to my truck and it was only until march 2010.. my last used vehicle i purchased 4 years ago in november the sticker was good until november the following year. i called the dealer and they told me it was already registered and had a block on it and could go out only 3 months... is this right?

This guy at the bar I work at used to be a fire fighter. He claims that a fire truck is allowed to run a red light. No other vehicle can run a red light with out getting fined. Ambulances, police, and average joes will get a fine, but fire trucks wont. Is that true? Are there any vehicles that can run a red light and not get a fine?
