plates got suspended in pa. no insuance how to renew without waiting 3 months or selling car,

took car off insurance because it broke . insure co. told state i had no insurance they suspended my plate . a month later i fixed car put back on insurance and now state says i cant drive for three months , send plate in with 50 dollars and waite. unless i can prove i had insurance on the car wich i cant because i cancelled it to save money to fix the car. now i need to find a way to register this car i do have insurance i dont want to have to sell the car to someone because i owe 4000 on it still, and how would i transfer it into my friends name owing money on it so is thee a way to register this car again or just let the repo man take it when i loose my job. thanks for any help on this ..
