Are there any programs to help pay for driver license renewal for low-income individuals?
I am trying to find a job but I need a valid photo id and my drivers license is expired. I also want to apply for some jobs via careerlink but all the jobs require a d.l. My dad has a car that I can borrow to get a job but I can't use it until I have d.l. It costs $28 for the renewal but I can't even afford that right now! So does anyone know of any programs that will help me. By the way, I already tried the local welfare office and they don't help.
