how can I find out the names of the previous owners of a vehicle?
6-13-09 I bought a 2009 Chevy HHR. I think it may be a lemon. The dealership bought it back from the original owner after less than 3,000 miles. The dealership will not tell me why the owner sold it back to the dealership. The fuel line ruptured almost immediately after I bought it. I would like to try to contact the previous owner to see if he/she had trouble with the fuel line. So, how can I find the name of the person who bought the car from new from the dealer?
