i live in virginia and got a careless driving ticket in new jersey, why can't i pay the ticket online.
was lost trying to look at signs ran a red light hit another car no injury to either parties except the cars were damaged but they were still driveable. police called no information was exchanged between drivers and no ticket was issued on site . it was mailed to me in virginia 5 days later
