I have a felony on my record. Can I get a CDL with Hazmat 

Additional Details

When they do a background check for the hazmat and if you have a felony will that make it impossable to fet the hazmat.

Hello there!  I jread the TSA documents concerning this question and as far as I can read the only restrictions are that the conviction not be in the last seven years and no incarceration within the last five. Sorry but I can't see any other details about it. That does not mean the endorsement will be automatic as they will reject it just because they can. But there is a waiver and appeal process that may help.Hope this is helpful info for you as I am in the same boat!
