Can I get a title if I buy a motorcycle with "no title, bill of sale only"?

There are many motorcycles on ebay that have no title
They are "bill of sale only". If I purchase a
motorcycle with no title, and get a title with just a bill of sale?

Not worth the hassle.  In order to fully register the bike, you'll still need the title which can only be obtained from the last registered owner of the bike.  So basically, you'll have to track down the last person that had their name on the title.  Then you'll have to convince them to get a copy of the title and to sign it over to you, hoping of course that the bike wasn't stolen from them.  Then you'll be able to register the bike.  Like I said, not worth the hassle.
