How do I go about re-registering my vehicle in Massachusetts that was cancelled for non-payment of insurance?
I have a new insurance provider and there are no outstanding tickets/citations/excise taxes owed. Do I need to bring my title with me? I would appreciate any info as cars are not my strong point!
