I need to get the tags off of my vehical that my son is driving, he keeps getting tickets and is not paying
he keeps getting tickets that are coming in my name he is not paying the truck note or the truck insurance anymore, I had two trucks and let him drive one because he had mess up and could not get a vehicle in his name anymore or insurance i advised him that as long as he was paying he could used the truck until it is paid for. and then it would be his,to help him out now that he refuse to pay on this truck anymore or the tickets he keep getting I need to know what I can do to solve this problem, I just want to turn these tags in and be done with this vehicle but he refuse to give me back the tags or the truck, if I removed him from the insurance I will be fined because the truck is registered in my name, I know where he lives but is afraid he would harm if I went to retrieve the tags myself. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT DO I DO??
