Most states do not accept photocopies of your SS card. You will need to order a duplicate of your Social Security card through the SSA: http://ssa-custhelp.ssa.gov/cgi-bin/ssa.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=251
.

This page will tell you all the steps to get your license once you get your SS card replaced: http://www.dmv.org/ky-kentucky/apply-lic...
