Want to purchase car with no title what should I do?
I am wanting to purchase a car that the owner now says they have lost the title. Would it be better to try to get them to go get a new title or can I purchase the car and get the owner now to explain the situation to get a salvage title for the car. Right now the car has 3 broken windows with and a bad back shock tower and broken t tops. So with these problems on the car would i be able to get a salvage title for it.
