I heard from a friend that the law for the driving age is going to be switched to 16 and a half in July 2010.
Lucky me, my sixteenth birthday is in August 2010. How can this be possible to have a law inacted in July when there are still half of the people born in 1994 that haven't had the chance to even turn sixteen yet. I also would love to see the research conducted that proves that a 16 and 6 month year old mind is much more developed than a 16 year old mind. I think this is a waste of time and energy. Plus there are plenty of 16 year old's that need a car to get to their job in the state of Indiana. This doesn't make sense economically as well.
