In Illinois is there any law stating the age requirement of a passenger on a street legal motorcycle?
Illinois has no helmet law on motorcycles, but some bicycle helmet laws for children. Also Illinois has laws for child seats or seat belts. I can't find anything limiting the age of a child riding as a passenger on the back of a properly equipped street legal motorcycle. I'd like to take my son for a ride on with proper gear and a helmet, but I don't know if it's legal to do so. He's 7 years old.

Illinois: In Laws, Rules, and Regulations
