I was given a car from my mother; window sticker expires 06/30/09.Need to purchase new window sticker in my name.
I live in Chicago, IL, my mother gave me a car; window sticker expires 06/09/03 but I did receive a window sticker application in my name. I have the vehicle registration and title. What do I do to purchase window sticker and or application in my name?
