I'm 15 years old and I was a passenger in a car accident. Do I have to give my contact info to the police?
The driver filed a late police report because the other drive had to go somewhere. He hasn't given the police my phone number yet because he didn't have access to it when he filed the police report but the police said that they will contact him to get my phone number. Does he have to give it?
