I purchased a 1985 vehicle in georgia with no title butwith a bill of sale. How do I get a FL title?

I purchased a 1985 BMW from the son of the deceased owner. The son explained that he could not find the title (Georgia)so he gave me a bill of sale. I reside in florida and I wish to obtain a title. Is this possible?
