no insurance,no license, and i got into an accident but their charging it as an infraction, suspend my license??
i got into an accident the day of my graduation. Te cops arrived but they only charged it as an infraction. I read that it should be $400 ticket but i dont care, i just dont want my licensed to be suspended for like 2 years or something. Will it??

Answers

Your license will be suspended for driving without vehicle insurance. Your only option now is to get a restricted license or refrain from driving for a year until the suspension clears.
