I ordered some personalized plates from the DMV about 2 months ago. How do I find out where they are?

I ordered the plates online with my credit card information. I have been billed for the plates but have not received notification that they are ready for pick up. The DMV told me to call their Special Processing Unit but that phone # is always busy. Is there somewhere else I can call/check online on the status of my plates?

Ok, I found the answer to my own question, LOL.  Call the DMV Special Processing Unit at (916) 657-6560.  The have all the details.  If that number is busy, try (916) 657-8035.  Good Luck!
