What is Notice of Correction and Proof Of Service, vehicle Code 40505?

I got pulled over for no license plates, but i have them in my car and then he asked for my license and registration and when i gave him my registration it was 2 months expired and i didnt have a license, so i gave hime my permit. I was driving alone. He towed my car and i had to pay for registration to pick it up. And my court date is on November 16, 09, but a few days ago they Sent me a Notice of Correction and Proof of Service and it says Date and time of court apperance should be changed from 11/16/09 to "To Be Notified" and it says Other: Court Address as Shown Above and it has a court address, Juvenile Probation Department. What does this mean?
