It is my understanding that you only have to pay for the sales tax once; you normally pay in the state where you are registering the vehicle.  In this case, you would pay in Arkansas:http://www.dmv.org/ar-arkansas/car-registration.php

after you bring it back to AR you will have regular sales tax of 6% plus a few more % because its a out state penalty and you can think you AR car dealer ships for that lol

only sales tax in state u reg. it in. keep bill of sale low and pay 00000
