I live in AZ, If I traded my vehicle for another vehicle(private trade),do I have rights under the lemon law?
I was in desperate need of a vehicle that would pass emissions as I did not have the funds with which to fix the NOX problem. A private person wanted to trade vehicles and assured me that his vehicle was very reliable. Well it has only been a few hours since the trade and the vehicle he traded with me has already broken down. This person knew my situation and he took advantage. I work for Hospice and I'am a single mother of two and I just got ripped off and now have no transportation for my daughters or myself(work). Do I have any rights?
