I received a Court Abstract (adot form 26-0117). The form has Disposition code: 59/90. What does this mean?

Got a ticket, attended Traffic school.
NTSI(traffic school) said they would send the info to the court to get the ticket off my record.
2 months later, I receive a letter stating that my license has been suspended because I didn't take care of this ticket.
I faxed the court a copy of the Traffic school completion certificate. The court sent me a court abstract copy. This form has a court docket number, disposition code, and disposition date.
I can understand the date part, but what are the different disposition codes?
