Question

Auto dealer did not disclose 2 accidents at time of purchase, what recourse do I have?

I purchase a vehicle less than 3 months ago, found out day after purchase the vehicle had been in not only 1 accident, but 2. Called the Manager very upset, he said he would find out and call me right back. Later I was told it was a "light Tap" I asked for my auto right back to and the manager told me that my car was out back and on the front line. This dealer knows me very well and as I told them, I would never had purchased the vehicle if I knew it was in an accident, he said he would do what he could and for me to speak to the owner of the dealership, well I would had a better conversation talking to a wall. The owner said the vehicle was fixed and a really nice car and "NO" he would not give me back my auto, I asked him if he would feel the same way if it were his wife, the owner ended the conversation being sarcastic.
After a week after me calling them at least 2 times a day, the Manager told me if I was going to take the legal route against the dealer then he could not help me or talk to me anymore, but let me know that he found a car for me so of course I wanted to get out of the vehicle right away so I told him to go ahead. Needless to say he wanted me to buy an auto sight unseen as a used rental. The manager told me it would be a "Zero" deal as my vehicle had now been sold for good money so they already have a profit on.
Now it has been over 3 months and now the dealer is not even trying or should I say sent a Purchase and Sales to my bank where they charged me MSRP and gave me less for my vehicle due to the value of a auto that had 2 accidents.
I have to believe that they had to have known about the accident since the auto was bought brand new at the dealership as well as being traded in.
What I am trying to find out are the legal laws for Dealer Disclosure rules, Any help would be appreciated.
Who would you report this to?
Noticed there are allot of reports on www.ripoffreport.com of other auto dealers complaints.
